Cake
Decorating Classes
Absolutely
Incredible Cakes & Accessories
offers individual and group cake decorating
classes. Because our students lead
very busy and diverse lives and sometimes
have to travel from overseas, we tailor
our class times to meet the needs
of students. In any event, we normally
hold classes on weekdays except Wednesdays
between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m and Saturdays
between 2pm and 5pm. Primarily three
cake decorating courses are offered;
Course I, Course II, and Course III.
Specialized classes are also held
to teach students techniques that
are not covered in those three courses.
In
Course I, we teach students
to prepare cakes for decoration, how
to make roses, how to do bordering,
and how to complete a cartoon character
cake and birthday cake, among a few
other things.
In Course II, we
teach students how to work with royal
icing to make all sorts of flowers
and how to do basket weaving, among
a few other things.
In Course III, we
teach students how to work with fondant
icing, how to prepare wedding cakes,
and how to prepare more complex flowers,
among a few other things.
Our
students typically take all three
courses. The courses do not have to
be taken in number order. That means
Course III can be taken before Course
I. Each student that completes each
course receives a Wilton’s certificate
from Wilton Industries that is world
renowned for its more than 75 years
of providing cake decorating classes.
Our goal is to ensure that students
who take our courses will be able
to mesmerize their friends and family
with their newly acquired cake decorating
skills.
There
is a separate charge for each course.
The charge includes all supplies.

Floral
Design Classes
Absolutely
Incredible Cakes & Accessories
offers individual and group floral
design classes. Floral design classes
are held on Saturdays. We show students
how to create floral designs with
real flowers that can be placed on
cakes. Also regular floral design
skills (that don’t involve cakes)
are taught. Each course lasts for
approximately 2 hours per class and
the entire course can be completed
in 2 classes.
